The Three-Pillar QC System for Large Orders

Volume creates two quality risks: color drift between dye lots, and errors compounding across thousands of pieces. We counter both with three checkpoints on every bulk order.

1. First-dye-lot approval. Before bulk production, we dye a first lot of your color and send you photos (or a sealed swatch) for approval. This is the step that prevents the classic "the bulk is a different shade than my sample" disaster. Your color is locked before a single garment is cut.

2. Inline inspection. During production, our QC team checks sewing, print, and measurement on the line — not at the end. Problems found on day two don't multiply across thousands of pieces.

3. Final AQL 2.5 inspection. Every shipment is inspected to AQL 2.5 (ISO 2859-1, General Inspection Level II, single sampling). For a 500-piece batch that means a 50-piece sample: we accept 2 defective units and reject at 3.

For a 1,000-piece order the sample grows to 80 pieces (accept 3, reject 4); for 3,000 it's 125 (accept 5, reject 6). The sample scales with your volume — and we photograph it for you before packing.

Dye Consistency on Bulk: Same-Batch Logic

Color consistency across a large order is one of the hardest problems in garment manufacturing. Our rule: garments that ship together come from the same dye lot wherever possible. When an order is too large for one lot, we re-dye to match the approved swatch and label each lot so future restocks can be matched. For Pantone colors we check every batch under a standard light box.

Bulk Logistics: LCL, Full Containers & Multi-Warehouse

Large orders give you logistics options that change your landed cost:

**LCL (less than container load)** suits 200–800 pieces — you share a container and pay by volume.

**Full container (FCL)** becomes cheaper per piece once your order fills one, typically 3,000–6,000 pieces of sportswear depending on style.

**DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)** to the US, UK, and EU means one price covering freight, duties, and clearance — no surprise charges at the port.
