Our fix is simple and absolute: we cut tops and bottoms for a set **from the same fabric roll, dyed in the same lot**. If a set needs to be replenished later, we match the new dye lot against the original standard before production, so a restock of the "black set" matches the original "black set." We also match all colors to Pantone references (F004) and verify under standard lighting. Ask any supplier whether their sets are same-lot; if the answer is vague, that's your warning.
Fit Coordination: One Size Chart That Works
A set is only as good as the pairing. We grade each set as a **matched unit** — the top's length, the bottom's rise and waist, and the proportions between them — so an M set fits as a coherent outfit, not a top from one pattern and bottoms from another. For women's sets we specifically check that the waistband of the bottom sits correctly with the top's hem length; for men's sets that top-to-shorts proportions hold across S–5XL.
Kitting: The Packaging That Saves You Labor
Here's where a factory partnership pays for itself in labor. "Kitting" (F010) is our assembly-and-packaging service: we combine the set's pieces, fold them together, bag them as one unit, and add your branded hang tag and thank-you card (F009). For an e-commerce seller, that means:
