Quality Control Process
Every garment passes through multiple quality checkpoints before shipping.
Raw Material Inspection
Fabric and accessories inspected upon arrival. GSM, color, and defect checks.
In-Line Inspection
Random checks during production. Stitch quality, measurements, and construction.
Pre-Final Inspection
80% production complete. Full garment check with AQL 2.5 standard.
Final Inspection
100% packed goods. AQL 1.5 for critical defects. Full report provided.
QC Standards We Follow
