What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ depends on the customization level. Stock styles (no customization): 20 pieces. Custom logo only: 20 pieces. Custom colors: 100 pieces. Full custom design (OEM): 200 pieces. We specialize in low MOQ orders to support small brands and startups.

How is pricing calculated?

Pricing depends on quantity (higher volume means lower per-unit cost), fabric (polyester is most cost-effective, nylon is premium), customization (logo, labels, and packaging add to base cost), and complexity (simple designs cost less than intricate patterns). Volume discounts are available.

Do you offer price matching?

Yes. Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS): 3-5 days, best for samples. Air DDP: 7-15 days, all taxes included, door-to-door. Sea DDP: 25-35 days, most cost-effective for bulk. DDP means all duties, taxes, and customs clearance are included - no hidden fees.

Can you ship directly to Amazon FBA?

Yes. We specialize in Amazon FBA preparation: FNSKU barcode labeling, outer box labeling per Amazon requirements, proper packaging and poly bagging, palletization for warehouse receiving, and direct shipping to FBA warehouses (US/UK/EU/CA/JP). We also support Walmart WFS and eBay.
