Step 1: Requirements & Quote (Day 0-1)

Send your tech pack (design, specs, sizing) or pick a stock style. We reply with a quote within 24 hours.

Step 2: Sampling (Day 2-12)

  • Sample production: 7-10 days
  • Sample fee: refundable on bulk order
  • We can do video call fittings for accuracy

Step 3: Bulk Production (Day 13-45)

  • MOQ: private label from 100 pcs, custom OEM from 300 pcs
  • Production: 30-45 days for custom; 7 days for in-stock
  • Capacity: up to 10,000 pcs/day

Step 4: Quality Control

  • In-line and final inspections
  • Fabric certificates (OEKO-TEX / REACH) available
  • Video check of finished goods optional

Step 5: Shipping (DDP available)
